New Online Fuel Ordering!

At Rocky we’ve just rolled out a new way for you to order your bulk fuel through our website HERE. With this new system you’ll be able to enter all the same details that you use to call in by phone.

Part of the discussion around why we needed an online tool for our Energy Division is the simple fact that we aren’t always available to answer the phone. We simply needed a way to always be available to our customers and this new tool allows us to take orders 24 hours a day, serving you the best that we can.

Of course, if you’re a Rocky Mountain Supply Coop member you’ll still be earning patronage on your fuel purchases just as before. In the form you’ll see a field for your account number. If you have it handy just enter it into the field. If not, no problem. We’ll be able to look up your account and get your purchase credited to you.

We’re excited for this next step in our Energy Division and believe that it will be a convenient tool for our customers. The new online fuel ordering is the result of a lot of planning and revisions of the form that you’ll see. Through all of the planning process we were able to take what our customers expected when they called in and built it into the form.
