New Equipment at Checkout

In our last newsletter, I mentioned the new inventory and point-of-sale system coming to Rocky Mountain Supply retail stores. We said it would better help our employees manage orders, do a better job of monitoring inventories and keep fast-moving items in stock. It will also speed up the checkout line. Well, the new system is here. It went live August 31st, and it’s meeting all our expectations. One of the system’s features is a new pin pad to allow quicker, more accurate processing of all credit card transactions. I hope you enjoy the benefits of this investment. We will continue to fine-tune the system in the months to come. Thanks for your patience as we learn all this new system can do for us.
