 Retail Transfer Truck Driver

Location: Belgrade, MT

Specific Job Duties: 

• Delivery and pickup involve making deliveries and pickups in the most efficient and economical manner possible. 

• Deliver and pick up products from specified locations. 

• Develop and maintain an efficient routing system. 

• Develop and maintain an organized and efficient loading and unloading system. 

• Verify all items listed on the transfer slips or sales ticket are loaded and delivered. 

•  High school diploma preferred. 

• Truck Driving experience. 

• Farming & ranching experience is highly preferred. 

•  Honest, hardworking, and dependable. 

• Friendly with a good attitude.

• Be service-oriented and able to work with a variety of clientele. 

• Able to have a good relationship with employees throughout the company. 

• Be company-oriented, willing to go the extra mile for the whole company and its patrons. 

• Use extreme courtesy when dealing with customers or with company personnel. 

• Must possess the appropriate valid driver’s license. 

• Have a clean and insurable driving record: No serious offenses within the past 3 years.

• Be capable of operating within the Montana Department of Transportation rules and regulations. 

•  Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time. 

• Lifting and carrying - up to fifty pounds as needed. 

• Travel is required, including driving an automobile and a truck. 

• Bending, carrying, and pushing. 

• Outside weather conditions range from extreme cold to hot. 

• Winter driving hazards can be expected.
