Lakeside Distillery and Townsend Seed

Jake, owner and Distiller at Lakeside Distillery recently gave us a tour of his facility. Lakeside has been using Westbred Keldin Winter Wheat for his whiskies. This high protein grain is grown in Broadwater County keeping the loop between grain to glass impressively close.
